one is covered, the other on the lower level enjoys sun for most of the
day as the apartment faces South. On the urbanisation there is a large
communal swimming pool and a separate tennis court.

an electric oven, There is a microwave, fridge and a washing
machine. |

Is fitted with a double bed, bedside cabinets and fitted
wardrobes |

Is fitted with two single beds bedside cabinets, and fitted
wardrobes. |

is fitted with a full bath with shower attachment and a wash

Outside
The property is reached by a short walkway, and is about50 metres from the large communal swimming pool. At the rear
of the property there two terraces one directly off of the
lounge and
has a table and chairs. From this terrace there are steps down to
a small terrace and garden and rear gate entrance.

The urbanistation La Noria is situated off of the Frigiliana
road 1.5 kilometres from the centre of Nerja. |
Amenities
It has the benefits of a large and attractive private communal
swimming pool and the use of a tennis court. |

Reservations
are normally from Saturday to Saturday although where possible we will try to
accommodate a request for a different arrival day and duration of stay.
Under normal circumstances the Villa or apartment will be available from
4.00pm on your day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day
of your departure. If your holiday overlaps the rentals charge bands, the
cost will be charged proportionately for the days in each band. Rates for
long lets ( 4 weeks minimum duration) by negotiation. Prices include
electricity , gas and water costs.
