A bright and airy three double bedroomed terraced villa facing south west, with nice terraces and a small garden, with sea and mountain views, on the La Noria urbanisation, which is situated off of the Frigiliana road 1.5 kms from the town centre of Nerja The property is undergoing a major refurbishment, with new double glazed windows and doors, a new kitchen with granite worktops, and new bathrooms and cloakroom and is being completely refurnished by a discerning new owner. The terraces have all been retiled and the villa redecorated both inside and out, and has the benefit of full air conditioning to the lounge and all bedrooms if required. The new photographs will be available early in 2005

Facilities 
Lounge/Diner
A spacious lounge diner with two settees, coffee tables side board and English satellite TV & music centre, together with a dining table and chairs. Air conditioning is available. There are patio doors leading from the lounge to the terrace complete with built in barbeque.
Kitchen
a small but fully equipped kitchen with full cooker and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
Bedroom 1
Has a King size double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, a ceiling fan and the benefit of a small ensuite bathroom together with patio doors leading to the rear garden. Air conditioning is available 
Bedroom 2
Has twin single beds, fitted wardrobes a bedside cabinet, and a ceiling fan. Air conditioning available, There are double glazed patio doors leading to the small front courtyard with a small utility room housing the washing machine.
bedroom 3
Has a standard double  bed, a double wardrobe, bedside cabinets and a free standing fan. Air conditioning is available. Access to the large and private sun terrace
Bathroom
The main bathroom is well fitted with a full bath with shower attachment, wash hand basin, toilet and bidet. The ensuite bathroom has a small bath with shower attachment wash hand basin and toilet. There is a further cloakroom/guest toilet on the ground floor.

Outside
There is a terrace off of the lounge which is equipped with table and chairs and a built in barbeque, and is fitted with an electric sun awning for shade. There is also a large very private roof terrace with sun beds off of bedroom 3.

On the peaceful urbanisation of La Noria which is situated 1.5 kms from the town centre of Nerja
Amenities
There is a large communal swimming pool, surrounded by lawns together with a tennis court. both of which are available for the use of tenants and residents of La Noria.

Reservations  are normally from  Thursday to Thursday although where possible we will try to accommodate a request for a different arrival day and duration of stay. Under normal circumstances the Villa or apartment will be available from 4.00pm on your day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of your departure. If your holiday overlaps the rentals charge bands, the cost will be charged proportionately for the days in each band. Rates for long lets ( 4 weeks minimum duration) by negotiation. Prices include electricity , gas and water costs.
