Location,
But it's not
just the house itself, the location is privileged. Aside
from the golf course right at your doorstep, when staying at
Casa PIN HIGH you are in a walking distance of just minutes
from beaches, bars, promenades, supermarkets, the Caleta yacht
harbour and even a nearby Water Park. The well known coastal
town of Nerja is also relatively close (only 15 min
drive).

Outside There is a large private swimming pool
surrounded by large terraces with ample sun bathing
facilities, and a built in stone barbeque, a lovely Pergola
with a large stone table and seats, coupled with lovely views
over the golf course towards the sea.

Reservations
are normally from Saturday to Saturday although where possible we will try to
accommodate a request for a different arrival day and duration of stay.
Under normal circumstances the Villa or apartment will be available from
4.00pm on your day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day
of your departure. If your holiday overlaps the rentals charge bands, the
cost will be charged proportionately for the days in each band. Rates for
long lets ( 4 weeks minimum duration) by negotiation. Prices include
electricity , gas and water costs.
