A beautiful private villa standing in its own fenced grounds comprising of three double bedrooms two bathrooms and a very large lounge and dining area, together with a fully equipped kitchen. The property was constructed approximately three years ago and is in excellent condition. It has the benefit of a private heated swimming pool, and a large stone barbeque. There is a large covered terrace outside the lounge and large tiled terraces to the rear and sides of the property. There is ample car parking at the front of the villa, which is reached by a rural track some 2.5 kilometres above the whitewashed village of Torrox

Reservations are normally from Saturday to Saturday although where possible we will try to accommodate a request for a different arrival day and duration of stay. Under normal circumstances the Villa or apartment will be available from 4.00pm on your day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of your departure. If your holiday overlaps the rentals charge bands, the cost will be charged proportionately for the days in each band. Rates for long lets ( 4 weeks minimum duration) by negotiation. Prices include electricity , gas and water costs.
