Casa Moya is situated on what is probably one of the nicest urbanisations close to Nerja. The Urbanisation Ladera Del Mar on on the west side of Nerja, 2.5km from the town centre.  This lovely south facing three bedroomed detached villa was built and completed in  2001 and is very well furnished and presented.  The property has 2 large south facing sunny terraces that enjoy sunshine all day, and have the most magnificent views over the sea and towards the town of Nerja. Casa Moya also has the benefit of a private swimming pool.
On the Urbanisation Ladera Del Mar  there is also a communal swimming pool surrounded by grass, for sunbathing but with some shaded areas.  There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance, but the hill is steep when returning home.

There is a large L shaped lounge / dining room equipped with two sofas and a dining area with seating for 6.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with a full oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, and dishwasher
Bedroom 1
Has the benefit of a king size double bed, fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite shower room and toilet

Has a double bed, and fitted wardrobes

Is fitted with twin single beds and has fitted wardrobes
Bathroom
The bathroom is on the first floor adjacent to bedrooms 2 and 3 and has a full bath with shower attachment toilet and washbasin.
Claakroom
There is a small cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin on the ground floor adjacent to the front door.

There are two large terraces, the smaller terrace is accessed from bedrooms 1 and 2. The larger terrace is off of the lounge and is equipped with a stone built barbeque, a teak table and chairs and sun loungers, together with two retractable sun awnings From this terrace there are steps down to the swimming pool
Location
2.5km from Nerja town center on the quite and peaceful urbanisation Ladera Del Mar enjoying magnificent sea views.  The beach is about a ten minute walk away. A car is recommended but not essential, a taxi from town will cost about 6 Euros.
Amenities
There is a large communal swimming pool on the urbanisation with sunshades and sunbeds, solely for the use of the residents of the urbanisation.

Reservations  are normally from  Saturday to Saturday although where possible we will try to accommodate a request for a different arrival day and duration of stay. Under normal circumstances the Villa or apartment will be available from 4.00pm on your day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of your departure. If your holiday overlaps the rentals charge bands, the cost will be charged proportionately for the days in each band. Rates for long lets ( 4 weeks minimum duration) by negotiation. Prices include electricity , gas and water costs.
