Casa Pepe is a split level, 2 bedroom, family size villa set in mature
tropical gardens and a short walk to the beach. On one level you will find
a good sized lounge/dining area which opens out onto a south facing sun
terrace with sea views. The terrace overlooks the villa's own private
enclosed garden with barbecue. A separate, well equipped kitchen leads off
the lounge/dining area. On the second level (up a flight of 3 stairs) are
a newly refurbished bathroom and two bedrooms (one twin and one double).
Both bedrooms have ample storage space with fitted wardrobes and cabinets.
All the rooms are fitted with ceiling fans. Heaters are also available for
Winter lets.

Location
The property is situated in the Tropicana Urbanisation
approximately 1.5 km from the centre of Nerja and 500 metres
from the beach. Set in landscaped gardens. |
Amenities
The large communal pool has a life guard in attendance. Local
mini-market for all your basic needs i.e. milk, bread, coffee,
tea and toiletries can be located 500 metres away at the Rio
Marinas. There is a tennis Court, Pool Table, Gym and
Sauna facilities available at the Club Tropicana. |

Reservations
are normally from Saturday to Saturday although where possible we will try to
accommodate a request for a different arrival day and duration of stay.
Under normal circumstances the Villa or apartment will be available from
4.00pm on your day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day
of your departure. If your holiday overlaps the rentals charge bands, the
cost will be charged proportionately for the days in each band. Rates for
long lets ( 4 weeks minimum duration) by negotiation. Prices include
electricity , gas and water costs.
