town centre and the famous Burrianna beach. The apartment is well furnished

lounge which lead on to the covered south facing balcony where there are

Reservations
are normally from Saturday to Saturday although where possible we will try to
accommodate a request for a different arrival day and duration of stay.
Under normal circumstances the Villa or apartment will be available from
4.00pm on your day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day
of your departure. If your holiday overlaps the rentals charge bands, the
cost will be charged proportionately for the days in each band. Rates for
long lets ( 4 weeks minimum duration) by negotiation. Prices include
electricity , gas and water costs.
