This lovely south facing spacious two bedroomed apartment is situated on the third floor of a well located block of apartments within easy walking of the town centre and the famous Burrianna beach. The apartment has been completely refurbished and refurnished to a very high standard, and comprises a well fitted kitchen complete with a washing machine, full cooker and hob, microwave and fridge. there is a new shower room with a corner shower unit. There are two double bedrooms one being fitted with a king-size double bed and the other bedroom with twin single beds. both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. the lounge / diner has two settees and a dining table and chairs, together with a sideboard unit housing the English satellite television, video player and CD audio unit. There are patio doors in the lounge which lead to the south facing balcony where there are views over the gardens and pool, to the sea and Nerja
Lounge/Diner
A well furnished lounge with two settees, a teak coffee table  and a wall unit which houses the English satellite television / video and audio cd unit. The dining area has a glass topped teak table and four chairs. All the furniture was new in 2003
Kitchen
A very well equipped kitchen which is open plan to the lounge / diner and has a full electric oven and four ring gas hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine, and is fitted with marble work tops.
Bedroom 1
Has a king size double bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.
Bedroom 2
Has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.
Bathroom
Has a corner shower unit, a pedestal wash hand basin and toilet.

Reservations  are normally from  Saturday to Saturday although where possible we will try to accommodate a request for a different arrival day and duration of stay. Under normal circumstances the Villa or apartment will be available from 4.00pm on your day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of your departure. If your holiday overlaps the rentals charge bands, the cost will be charged proportionately for the days in each band. Rates for long lets ( 4 weeks minimum duration) by negotiation. Prices include electricity , gas and water costs.
