chosen. |

Once we have confirmed availability,
and should you wish to book with us, we shall send you a booking form,
which we shall need completed and returned by you along with a deposit of
25% of the total cost in the form of a cheque. This deposit and
booking form needs to be returned to us as soon as possible to secure your
booking. |

Upon receipt of your
deposit and booking form, we will send you confirmation of your booking. |
| 4 |
The remaining 75% is
due for payment 6 weeks before your arrival date. |
| 5 |
We shall confirm receipt of your
payment for the balance. |
| 6 |
In cases of late availability the
balance maybe paid on arrival. |
