A recently constructed detached villa in an elevated position 500 metres from the sea, with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (1 ensuite). The accommodation comprises on the first floor a small entrance hall leading to a sizeable lounge / diner with three sets of Patio doors leading out to the two terraces, on this floor there is a cloakroom and a well fitted kitchen. from the kitchen there are doors leading out to a covered terrace equipped with table and chairs for alfresco dining. Adjacent to the front door is a staircase leading down to the lower floor and the three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. There are two further bedrooms each having two single beds, and there is a further bathroom. All bedrooms have sea views and doors leading out to a small terrace. The villa has three main terraces and a small private swimming pool. There is also access to the communal swimming pool. There are excellent views from the lounge, and bedrooms over the gardens of the urbanisation and the Mediterranean

Outside There are three terraces, one to the rear of the house, which is south facing, the other to the right and rear which has a covered area with dining table and chairs, There is also a gas barbeque. from this terrace there are steps down to  the private swimming pool and terrace.

Location
Ladera Del Mar is probably one of the nicest urbanisations around Nerja, with beautiful gardens and unrivalled views over the Mediterranean. There is also available, the use of the communal swimming pool which lies on the road below the villa
Amenities
The property is approximately 500 metres from the beach with a couple of  bars and restaurants close by. A car is not essential but recommended.

Reservations  are normally from  Saturday to Saturday although where possible we will try to accommodate a request for a different arrival day and duration of stay. Under normal circumstances the Villa or apartment will be available from 4.00pm on your day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of your departure. If your holiday overlaps the rentals charge bands, the cost will be charged proportionately for the days in each band. Rates for long lets ( 4 weeks minimum duration) by negotiation. Prices include electricity , gas and water costs.
