There is also a gas barbeque. from this terrace there are
steps down to the private swimming pool and terrace. |
Location
Ladera Del Mar is probably one of the nicest urbanisations
around Nerja, with beautiful gardens and unrivalled views over
the Mediterranean. There is also available, the use of the
communal swimming pool which lies on the road below the villa

The property is approximately 500 metres from the beach with a
couple of bars and restaurants close by. A car is not
essential but recommended. |

Reservations
are normally from Saturday to Saturday although where possible we will try to
accommodate a request for a different arrival day and duration of stay.
Under normal circumstances the Villa or apartment will be available from
4.00pm on your day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day
of your departure. If your holiday overlaps the rentals charge bands, the
cost will be charged proportionately for the days in each band. Rates for
long lets ( 4 weeks minimum duration) by negotiation. Prices include
electricity , gas and water costs.
