BOOKING CONDITIONS Our commitment to you 1. PROVIDING YOUR HOLIDAY We will arrange for the provision of the Holiday Property, as shown on the Booking Form, between the dates defined. When you have completed and returned the Booking Form to Holidays Nerja accompanied by the payment of the Deposit, you will be issued with a Confirmation of Booking email. This confirms to you that we have accepted your booking and these booking conditions. 2. IF WE NEED TO MAKE CHANGES It is unlikely that we will need to make changes to your booking. If it becomes necessary to make changes, which we reserve the right to do at any time, we will inform you immediately. You then have a choice to either (a) Accept the changed arrangements notified to you (b) A full refund of all money you have paid us for that booking. Please note that in no circumstance can we be held liable for any consequential loss or incidental expenditure incurred as a result of these changes. Your commitment to Holidays Nerja 1. YOUR HOLIDAY PROPERTY BOOKING When you have completed and signed the Booking Form, you have accepted these booking conditions., which are subject to English law and the jurisdiction of the English courts. Arrival and departure dates as stated on the Booking Form. 2. PAYMENT FOR YOUR HOLIDAY You pay the Deposit at the time of booking your holiday. This Deposit is non-refundable, at the discretion of Holidays Nerja. The balance of your holiday becomes due 10 weeks prior to your departure date. 3. IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR BOOKING If you need to change your booking to alternative dates or transfer the booking to another person, this can done provided that the new arrangements are acceptable to Holidays Nerja, subject to availability and being notified to Holidays Nerja in writing at least 28 days prior to departure. Changes to your booking within 28 days of your departure will be accepted at the discretion of Holidays Nerja. The accommodation provided is only for use by the persons referred to on the Booking Form and between the defined dates; subletting, sharing or assignment is prohibited, failing which we will be entitled to cancel your holiday. 4. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING Cancellation of your booking with Holidays Nerja must be confirmed in writing and signed by the person who signed the Booking Form. The cancellation charge depends on the length of time before your Arrival Date, as shown in the table below:
5. HOLIDAY PARTICIPATION We reserve the right, in our discretion, to terminate without notice the holiday arrangements of any customer whose behavior is likely, in our opinion, to cause distress, damage, danger or annoyance to our customers, employees or third party. Full cancellation charges will apply, in line with the cancellation table in Part 4. 6. INSURANCE You are required to have suitable travel insurance. Holidays Nerja can accept no liability for injury, or loss by its customers during the period of their holiday. VERSION 1.20 1st JUNE 2000 |
