Beach Club Urbanisation overlooking Penoncilla Beach near Torrox Costa.
The apartment is reached by a short walkway from the parking area and a
small flight of steps that lead to to a pleasant courtyard and entrance
lobby. The apartment is very well furnished and has an open plan well
fitted kitchen, with a washing machine, dishwasher, full cooker and hob,
together with a microwave oven and a fridge freezer. The lounge / diner
has comfortable and good quality furniture, and has the benefit of English
television and video, together with a CD / radio. There are two good sized
double bedrooms, one has a double bed the other having twin singles. There
are two bathrooms, one being ensuite to the twin bedded room. Both
bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There are patio doors from the lounge
and second bedroom, which give access to the very large terrace, from
which there are magnificent panoramic views over the sea and the beach.
The terrace is equipped with a patio table and chairs together with four sun loungers. The apartment enjoys the use of the large and attractive
private communal swimming pool, which is situated by the entrance to the
urbanisation |

Reservations
are normally from Saturday to Saturday although where possible we will try to
accommodate a request for a different arrival day and duration of stay.
Under normal circumstances the Villa or apartment will be available from
4.00pm on your day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day
of your departure. If your holiday overlaps the rentals charge bands, the
cost will be charged proportionately for the days in each band. Rates for
long lets ( 4 weeks minimum duration) by negotiation. Prices include
electricity , gas and water costs.
