Villa Shalimar is a beautifully presented and private three
bedroomed detached villa situated on the Punta Lara 1. Urbanisation. On
entering the villa through the entrance hall there is a staircase up to
the bedrooms and one down to the living area. The accommodation comprises
on the first floor three bedrooms with two bathrooms, there is a large
lounge / dining room and a new refitted open plan fully equipped kitchen.
The property has been very well furnished to the highest standard, and has
the benefit of English satellite television. Outside, the property has
both terraced and grassed areas and a large private swimming pool. There
are ample sunbathing areas together with a good shaded area for alfresco
dining and barbequing. The villa enjoys South Easterly views to the sea
and Nerja, and is just a few minutes walk to the beach.

Reservations
are normally from Saturday to Saturday although where possible we will try to
accommodate a request for a different arrival day and duration of stay.
Under normal circumstances the Villa or apartment will be available from
4.00pm on your day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day
of your departure. If your holiday overlaps the rentals charge bands, the
cost will be charged proportionately for the days in each band. Rates for
long lets ( 4 weeks minimum duration) by negotiation. Prices include
electricity , gas and water costs.
